Eleanor Shriver Magee, Principal with ESM Good Works, LLC is a Philanthropic Consultant who holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Washington College and a Masters in Education from Goucher College.  In addition to her degrees, Shriver Magee has a Certificate in Fundraising Management from the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.  She also has completed all course work towards a Doctorate in Education (All But Dissertation) from Wilmington University.

In 2014, Shriver Magee became licensed to offer consulting services for the Standards for Excellence® program by completing an extensive professional development initiative that gives independent consultants the knowledge, skills and tools necessary to work with nonprofit organizations across the country interested in learning about and implementing the Standards for Excellence code.

Her career in higher education and nonprofit administration has afforded her numerous opportunities to develop professional skills, which she shares with others. She has worked for Kenyon College, Alfred University, Loyola University, Washington College, Habitat for Humanity Choptank, and the Talbot Historical Society.

Shriver Magee lives in Maryland where she volunteers for the Rotary Club of Easton; Goucher College; Washington College; National Society of the Colonial Dames of America - Maryland, Eastern Shore Committee; Garrison Forest School; Wye River Upper School; Radcliffe Creek School; the Maryland Historical Society; and the Waterfowl Festival.
