Gerald brings 40 years of executive leadership experience in nonprofit organizations.
He is the former President and CEO of United Disabilities Services, having served in that role for 26 years.
As a consultant with North Group, Gerald’s primary focus has been consulting with nonprofit organizations.
These engagements have included executive leadership coaching, senior leadership team facilitation, board development, operations consultation, mergers/acquisitions and interim executive leadership.
Gerald holds a B.S. in Sociology and Psychology from Eastern Mennonite University and a M.Ed. from Millersville University. He is a graduate of the Management Institute at Columbia University. Gerald is a licensed consultant with the Maryland Nonprofit Standards for Excellence Institute serving on numerous nonprofit board of directors. He is Chairman of both Diamond Street Early Childhood Center and Early Childhood Innovative Connections.
