I am passionate about all of the elements that go into managing communications and training projects from the beginning phases of needs analysis all the way through implementation and coaching support. Throughout my 25+ year career, I have developed award-winning programs and projects, recognized by my employer through their Annual Excellence Award, as well as within the training industry. I was one of the managers recognized by the Association for Talent Development (formerly ASTD) as one of their BEST Training Organizations.
As an independent consultant and coach, I serve multiple organizations with a special focus on non-profit organizations. I am certified to facilitate Get Clients Now!TM program with a focus on professional service organizations. And, I am a transformation coach, focusing on supporting and guiding individuals as they transition through life events, career changes, and other personal challenges.
