Erin Donovan

Erin Donovan is Principal Consultant of rootED LLC. Donovan and her team serve nonprofits and faith-based organizations focusing on fundraising, board leadership and governance, strategic planning, and succession and transition planning. Donovan is the Chair of the board for World Relief and has served on Vanguard University’s Board of Trustees where she was the President of the Vanguard University Alumni Board. She has her MA in organizational leadership from Eastern University where she also served as an Adjunct Professor.
