Independently and through professional collaborations with sector experts, Glenda provides education, guidance, and best practice tools through consulting, training, coaching, facilitation, and assessment services to help organizations develop their people and strengthen operations. Applying patience, active listening, and empathy along with a structured approach that engages research-based methodologies, innovative technologies, and a creative mindset, Glenda meets clients where they are in their life cycle to address and overcome their challenges. With a diverse mix of education, training, and certificates combined with over 35 years of experience, Glenda works as a thought partner with organization leaders and their staff to help clients overcome challenges by identifying and implementing solutions.
Glenda has served on a variety of not-for-profit boards of directors since 1992 as a director, officer, board chair, and committee chair, including the National Legal Aid and Defenders Association, the Girl Scout Council of Tropical Florida, Girls on the Run of Atlanta, and the Cobb Collaborative.
