Valerie combines a global perspective with philanthropic psychology, joyful stewardship, and practical management expertise. Through philanthropic coaching, strategic advising, and fractional leadership roles, she helps philanthropists align generosity with purpose and equips nonprofit boards, executives, and fundraising teams to strengthen governance, grow sustainable support, and advance their missions. Her work is rooted in sound nonprofit structures, ethical governance, and faithful stewardship—the essential conditions for earning trust and sustaining a mission.
She is the founder of A New Gift CenterTM for Catholic Philanthropy and Nonprofit Excellence, which connects mission leaders, fundraisers, and philanthropists with training, coaching, and trusted resources that integrate faith, generosity, and excellence in nonprofit leadership. The Center brings together a growing network of experienced practitioners, educators, and mission partners who share their gifts and expertise to strengthen Catholic and faith-based nonprofits, apostolates, and those who support them.
