Keith Penn-Jones is the Founder and CEO of the Penn-Jones Group, a consulting and professional coaching firm. Keith’s philosophy is the key to success is in helping others. With over 25+ years of experience at the senior leadership level in the healthcare and the non-profit sectors, Keith has extensive experience building and managing teams, developing and coaching leaders, project management, business operations, strategic planning, business development and organizational management.
Keith’s background also includes work in the diagnostic radiology imaging sector (Sr. VP of Operations and Business Development), business consultant, ICF professional coach and board leadership. Keith currently serves on the Board of Directors of three not-for-profit organizations as treasurer, Penn-Jones Foundation, Set The Captives Free Outreach Center and Liberty Community Development Corporation Inc (Former President).
Keith currently works as an Executive Pastor of Administration for Set The Captives Free Outreach Center. A faith based not-for-profit located in Woodlawn, Md. In 2018 Keith spearheaded the acquisition and development of a 9.9 acre parcel in Baltimore County for the development of an 160,000 sq. ft community, named the OWE Center for its focus on Outreach, Worship and Education. The OWE Center currently houses office space, Food Pantry, Health Center, House of Worship, and Early Education Center for 2–5-year-olds. Future plans for the OWE Center is a 13,000 sq. ft. youth enrichment center and mental health services.
Keith is credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a professional coach (PCC), embracing the guiding principles of Coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics of the ICF.
Keith is an authorized partner and certified trainer for Everything DiSC, a research validated personality assessment designed for team building, employee and workplace communication, conflict management, motivation, productivity and career development.
Keith is a licensed consultant for Maryland Nonprofits Standard of Excellence, a national network of qualified consultants licensed to provide training, consulting and support on the Standards of Excellence. An Ethics and Accountability Code for the Non-profit sector.
Keith is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins School of Nuclear Medicine Technology, Virginia Wesleyan University and obtained his MBA from Troy University.
