Mrs. Tiana Massaquoi co-founded Keep Still Cares Foundation. The foundation seeks to build capacity and community for nonprofits and leaders focused on health, youth development, and the arts. Tiana has over 20 years of experience in youth development, mentoring, community leadership, and nonprofit work. As a certified coach, her approach emphasizes accountability, strengths, and connection. Tiana has held leadership roles with nonprofits in Prince George's and Frederick Counties, including National Council of Negro Women (PG), Girls on the Run Mid & Western MD and Federated Charities. Tiana was selected for the 4.0 Angel Syndicate, a national fellowship supporting Black founders in education philanthropy. She also participated in the Be the Good Community Catalyst Program in Frederick County. Additionally, Tiana took part in Moving Toward Liberation, a collaboration focused on promoting racial equity and anti-oppression in youth mentoring organizations. These experiences have helped shape Tiana's philosophy of authentic, transparent, and principled leadership and service to clients.
