As Director of Philanthropic Services, Holly oversees the Agency Partner Program, cultivating relationships between the Community Foundation of the Ozarks and more than 700 nonprofit organizations, schools, churches and government entities that have established funds with the CFO since 2021.
She has completed the Nonprofit Management Program and Planned Giving programs at Indiana University, Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. She was selected to participate in the Greater Missouri Leadership Challenge as well as Leadership Springfield Class 30, She is a member of Junior League of Springfield, Nonprofit Connect, Minnesota Council of Nonprofits and Maryland Association of Nonprofits, and Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits.
Holly is a native of Springfield, Missouri and an alumna of Drury University. While earning a degree in biology, she gained an appreciation and love for nonprofit work. For more than 25 years, she has served several nonprofits in a variety of roles, including various board and volunteer roles and six years as the executive director of Isabel’s House Crisis Nursery. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and exploring the outdoors.
