Michelle Ray is the CEO of Blackwell Consulting. She is a results driven leader and business partner. Michelle has used her dynamic human resources and leadership background and blend of experiences in private and publicly traded sectors, non-profit organizations, small businesses and large corporations to affect positive change in the organizations she has worked and consulted with. She has proven success in creating a culture of collaboration and implementing positive ecosystems to achieve workforce excellence. Michelle holds an undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech and a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and Human Resources from George Washington University in addition to SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications.
