Tinesar Priester, MPA is a nonprofit consultant, facilitator, and author with over 20 years of management and executive-level nonprofit experience. She excels in enhancing agency operations, navigating leadership transitions, and facilitating strategic conversations. Most recently, Tinesar has provided interim executive support, board development, grants management, program design, and strategic planning for youth-serving agencies, veterans’ organizations, and a state nonprofit association. She has also assisted over 50 visionaries launch nonprofits. In addition to nonprofit consulting, Tinesar is Adjunct Faculty in the Human Services Graduate program at Wilmington University. She is a member of Grant Professionals Association, Association of Fundraising Professionals, BoardSource, and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
