After 13 years in non-profit fundraising and development, Lili Leonard founded Black Dog Philanthropic in 2022 with the goal of providing bespoke fundraising consulting to small non-profits at a sustainable cost. Lili has experience in annual and mid-level giving, major gifts, event planning and management, grant writing, and fundraising strategic planning. She has worked in higher education, large national nonprofits, small- and mid-sized local nonprofits, and global membership associations. Committed to the field of philanthropy, Lili earned her Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) designation in 2017.
