Hicks, CPA, and 501c Impact!, along with professional collaborations with sector experts, Glenda provides education, facilitation, guidance, and best practice tools through consulting, training, coaching, and assessment services to help organizations develop their people and strengthen operations. Client services include speed & agility sprints, design-thinking innovation jams, strategic planning retreats, governance roles & responsibility training, executive coaching, governance assessments, fiscal assessments, and policy and procedure development, among other services.
Glenda is a BoardSource-Affiliate Certified Governance Consultant, an LPI®: Leadership Practices Inventory® Trained Coach, a Certified Public Accountant, and The Leadership Challenge® Self Empowered™ Trained Facilitator. With a diverse mix of education, training and certificates combined with over 35 years of experience, Glenda works as a thought partner with organization leaders and their staff to help clients overcome challenges by identifying and implementing solutions.
Glenda has served on a variety of not-for-profit boards of directors since 1992 as a director, officer, board chair, and committee chair including the National Legal Aid and Defenders Association, Girl Scout Council of Tropical Florida, Girls on the Run of Atlanta, Cobb Collaborative, and others.
