Grace McClure Topete

Grace McClure Topete serves as the Director of Leadership Programs at SVP Dallas. In her current role, she manages public-facing communications and oversees the Dana Juett Residency Program. Additionally, she leads the SVP Dallas Nonprofit Impact Institute, designed to support nonprofit engagement with SVP Dallas and the growth of our members, community, and organizational capacity.

Prior to working for SVP Dallas, Grace worked in research, classroom teaching, tech startups, and media & communications. She has a long history of volunteerism and board service. Interested in community organization from a young age, she completed degrees in Cognition (UT Dallas, BS) and Education (Southern Methodist University, MEd) with an eye towards finding the best ways to bring people closer to their physical and social environments, and closer together to work on challenges.

Grace and her husband live in Richardson with their two dogs, and in her free time, she enjoys learning about design and novel methods of home construction.
