Megan O'Roark is a nonprofit professional living and working in Nashville, TN for the past decade. She is currently the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives for CNM and has worked there for 5 years. She is responsible for the project management of the day-to-day consulting practice including collaborating with our members, consultants, and funders to find effective and efficient solutions to organizational issues and opportunities. A proud alum of both Sewanee: The University of the South and the Master’s in Nonprofit Leadership program at Belmont University, Megan has spent time working and volunteering in the Nashville nonprofit scene in health care, arts, and human services organizations. Megan also serves on the board of both the Nashville Philharmonic Orchestra and Intersection Contemporary Music Ensemble. When not at CNM, you can find Megan playing violin with the Nashville Philharmonic Orchestra, attending a musical and/or some kind of sporting event with her husband, practicing yoga, or travelling.
