Lily has worked in the nonprofit sector for over ten years,serving in both staff and board positions. Her experience includes board development and governance, board and staff evaluations, policy development, and nonprofit financial analysis, as well as program evaluation, leadership development, strategic visioning, and capacity assessment. An actor and historian by training, Lily brings a unique perspective to her work, providing dynamic and data-driven solutions to her nonprofit partners. In her current role as Regional Coordinator, Statewide Partnership, with Forefront, Lily serves as a capacity-builder, trainline, and network facilitator for small to mid-sized nonprofits throughout Illinois.
