Mrs. Kimberly Corbin is the Chief Administrative & Financial Officer for the Greater Washington Urban (GWUL). Prior to GWUL, Corbin began her nonprofit executive career upon being appointed the President & CEO of the National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA) in 2011. She then served as a Consultant and Finance & Administrative leader for Montrose Christian School and Ministries. Corbin brings to the nonprofit sector an impressive record of accomplishment in Corporate America where she spent 20 years engaged in financing corporate operations, leverage buyouts and private equity investments. Over this time, she served in various leadership positions at American Capital LTD, General Electric Commercial Finance Inc.; Fieldstone Private Capital Group; and Bankers Trust Company. She holds an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and an undergraduate degree from Florida A&M University. She is the proud mother of two teenage daughters, Aset Nia and Imani Isis.
