Mandy’s enthusiasm is contagious, and her passion for our elderly, “the ones who have paved the way for us to be here today” is undeniable. Mix the two, and you have a recipe for the next generation at Partners in Care Maryland, Inc. Now celebrating its 25th anniversary, Mandy accepted her role as leader of the organization in 2017, a position held up to that point, by one of the original co-founders. With a solid background in Healthcare and Business Administration, Human Resources, and Executive Law, (which was gained through working for Anne Arundel Community College, Towson State University, Maryland Transit Administration, Long-Term Care and Assisted Living Facilities), Mandy brings her wealth of experience to a unique and continuously evolving organization. She holds a dual master's degree in Business and Healthcare Administration, BS in Human Resources, and multiple business and medical certifications. Alumni of the University of Maryland, UMUC, and Villa Nova. With the challenges that seniors face today, such as Social Isolation, Medication Adherence and help with the “essential” tasks of day-to-day living, Partners in Care continues to fill in the gaps with its “Neighbors Helping Neighbors” approach. We provide transportation to medical appointments, grocery stores, and the pharmacy. We also offer honey-do (handyman) services and Member care tasks, ALL of which benefit our Members by allowing them to remain independent and “age in place” in the comfort and safety of their own home. Mandy Arnold is a passionate, visionary leader, ready to take Partners in Care into the next generation, which is apparent by her email tagline: #GenerationPIC - Where ALL Generations Support the Independence of Older Adults.
