Michael Leibman has more than 30 years of experience consulting with leaders, board members, and senior staff of non-profit organizations, corporations, and public agencies. He founded Leibman Associates, Inc. (LAI)  in 1993 to specialize in helping mission-driven organizations strengthen their capacity and deliver meaningful and measurable results.

Mr. Leibman holds advanced degrees from the University of Chicago and has written and spoken on the topics of strategy implementation, change management, organizational alignment, succession management, and leadership development, and process re-engineering. His articles have appeared in The Journal of Business Strategy, The Journal of Human Resource Planning, HRMagazine, Inside SHRM, and Ethics.
