“Participating in the [Nonprofit Capacity-Building Cohort program] has been life-changing for me as a leader of a local food pantry in Prince George’s County. Despite the demands of supervising weekly volunteers, coordinating multiple weekly pickups, and managing teams to sort and repackage food for families in need, I made time to attend the sessions—and I’m so grateful I did. The program gave me the tools to strengthen our board, correct gaps in our operations, and celebrate the areas we’ve been doing well. It was time well spent, and I feel more equipped, confident, and supported in leading our organization excellently.”
Tiffiony Keys, Director
