Yurani Sandoval is a bilingual (EN/ES) social entrepreneur, consultant, and CEO of Women Palante, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Washington, D.C. and Montgomery County dedicated to empowering Latina women entrepreneurs.
A Standards for Excellence® Licensed Consultant, Yurani brings extensive expertise in organizational development, governance, accountability, and operational effectiveness for nonprofits and foundations. She also holds a GrowthWheel® Certified Business Advisor credential, enabling her to support organizations with growth strategies, process optimization, and digital presence.
Originally from Colombia and based in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, Yurani holds an MBA in Business Management from Johns Hopkins University and a Nonprofit Management Certificate from Georgetown University.
Since July 2023, she has served as a Business Counselor at the Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GWHCC), where she provides consulting in business development, financial strategy, and leads strategic workshops for entrepreneurs across the D.C. region.
Her consulting practice helps nonprofits and business owners start, structure, and scale their organizations through data-driven strategies, compelling funder pitches, financial planning, and strategic project management.
