Robb Reichard brings more than 30 years of leadership experience supporting HIV-affected communities in the Philadelphia region and beyond. He holds a BA in Sociology from Arcadia University and has dedicated his career to strengthening mission-driven organizations through thoughtful leadership, sound financial stewardship, and strategic vision.
For more than 20 years, Robb served as Executive Director of AIDS Fund, where he initially oversaw grantmaking to regional HIV service providers. As the external environment and community needs evolved, Robb led a significant mission shift—transitioning the organization toward providing direct emergency financial assistance to the most vulnerable individuals living with HIV.
Robb has a proven track record in financial management, grantmaking, program development, fundraising, grant writing, major event planning, corporate sponsorship, and volunteer management. He brings a comprehensive, real-world understanding of non-profit operations.
