Olive is an accomplished non-profit professional. As the founder of Callive LLC, she has extensive experience in community development as a consultant, and professional both in the nonprofit and for-profit financial sector. Olive specializes in board development, strategic planning, succession planning and strategic grant writing. Olive is active in the community and serves on several board of directors including Chair of Manna Homes an affordable housing developer, Chair of Life Asset, a Community Development Financial Institution and the Coalition an umbrella advocacy organization for the affordable housing and community economic development sector in Washington, DC. Also, Olive is a member of the Supervisory Committee of the Mid-Atlantic Federal Credit Union.
