With two decades of experience in nonprofit operations, Katie’s passion is guiding dedicated teams through right-sized strategies to achieve ambitious goals and high-impact results. The majority of her work has been in community-based human services organizations with a variety of missions (behavioral health, disabilities support, affordable housing, youth development, arts) and she has served on advisory boards for volunteer, nonprofit, business, and governmental entities. Katie’s passion areas for technical assistance are strategic planning, grant management, operational workflows, outcome measurement, and organizational wellness. She is a proud alumna of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).
