As Deputy Director at Out for Justice, Inc., Dwan has led efforts in grant management, strategic partnerships, internal infrastructure development, and stakeholder engagement. She has supported organizations through key growth phases by refining programs, developing budgets, clarifying missions and visions, and creating foundational language for communications and fundraising. Her consulting and pro bono work spans Maryland, D.C., Boston, Michigan, and Philadelphia—reflecting her broad reach and commitment to empowering justice-impacted communities.
