Davede Alexander is the Founder and Principal of Innovo Strategic Solutions, a veteran-owned consulting firm that transforms vision into action for mission-driven organizations. With deep expertise in strategic planning, organizational design, and leadership development, Davede has guided nonprofits, higher education institutions, and government agencies through complex transitions while preserving their identity and core values.
A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, where he earned a B.S. in Political Science and played football for the Midshipmen, Davede also holds an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus. He served two tours as a Surface Warfare Officer, supporting maritime security operations in the North Arabian Gulf. As the Naval Academy’s first Director of Strategic Outreach, he led efforts that doubled the number of applications and significantly increased the competitiveness of incoming classes.
Davede’s leadership extends beyond consulting. He previously served as Executive Director of the Ron Burton Training Village, a nationally recognized youth development organization, and currently serves as a Governor-appointed Trustee at Bridgewater State University in Massachusetts. Known for his innovative problem-solving, strategic clarity, and people-centered approach, Davede brings a unique blend of operational rigor and relational insight to every engagement.
