Christi Green

Christi Green is a mission-driven nonprofit executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning community development, health equity, education, human services, and behavioral health. She has served as Executive Director for multiple organizations and is known for building strong internal cultures, advancing equity-focused missions, and securing transformational funding.

As Executive Director of St. Francis Neighborhood Center, Christi co-led a $10.5 million capital campaign that revitalized one of Baltimore’s oldest youth-serving organizations. At Maryland Coalition of Families, she launched the organization’s first development department and secured a $1 million gift from a brand-new funder—expanding its sustainability and reach.

Christi now leads Smaltimore Consulting, a firm she founded to support new and emerging nonprofit leaders as well as organizations in transition, helping them build strong boards, strategic plans, and resource development strategies.

With deep roots in the nonprofit sector, Christi brings a relational leadership style shaped by authenticity, clarity, and care. She is a longtime advocate for supporting “the underdog,” and is passionate about mentoring new leaders, transforming organizational culture, and aligning teams around meaningful impact.

She holds a Master’s degree in Theology and a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications, and is based in Baltimore, MD.
