Anthony A. Dicks, Jr. is a trusted and results-driven executive with over two decades of experience in executive leadership, marketing, and ministry. As a strategic leader, consultant, and educator, he is committed to equipping individuals and organizations to reach their full potential. Currently serving as a Senior Leadership Consultant with 180 Management Group, Anthony specializes in transformative management consulting for mission-driven organizations across the social, public, and private sectors. His expertise includes executive training, performance coaching, strategic planning, and marketing strategy development. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Bowie State University, where he inspires future leaders in management and marketing.
Previously, Anthony has served as the Senior Pastor and Founder of Mount Zion Church, in Greenville, SC where he led the development of a thriving church community. He also served as the associate director of admissions for the Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary, where he shaped ministerial and academic programs.
Anthony is currently a doctoral candidate for the Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Liberty University. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from Webster University, a Master of Theological Studies from Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary, and an Executive Certificate in Digital Marketing from Cornell University. His academic background in Applied Mathematics from North Carolina A&T State University further enhances his analytical and strategic approach to leadership.
