Amy Fazio, M.A. is a PA Standards for Excellence® certified nonprofit growth consultant and speaker with more than 30 years of experience advancing mission-driven organizations. She has served as the CEO of national trade association in the energy efficiency industry, an elected school board member and former candidate for the Pennsylvania State House, and teaches Civic & Community Engagement and Leadership at Penn State Beaver. Amy holds a master’s degree in public administration and political science and is the creator of the Magnify Your Mission System®, helping nonprofit and civic leaders expand impact through effective systems, strategy, and leadership.
