Laurin Kelly is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Battle Plan Strategic Consulting, a boutique firm that supports mission-driven organizations with project management, process improvement, and operational strategy. With over 15 years of experience spanning the nonprofit, public health, and philanthropic sectors, Laurin brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to every engagement. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and has led complex initiatives for diverse organizations, including philanthropic foundations and membership-based associations. Laurin is also the Founder of the Association of Black Women in Project & Program Management (ABWIPPM), a nonprofit focused on career advancement and equity. She is passionate about systems-level change, organizational sustainability, and building capacity in historically under-resourced communities.
