Madison Darling

Madison Darling joined the Provident Health Foundation in early 2022 as the Grants and Collaboration Officer. In this role she supports both the Board of Directors and applicants in the grant application process. Additionally, she conducts Capacity Building Engagements where she provides nonprofit consulting to organizations in the community to improve their operating and increase their capacity.

She had previously served as the Director of Operations and Development at Mercy House in Montgomery, Alabama. In addition to coordinating regional collaborative efforts to serve vulnerable populations during the COVID-19 pandemic in Montgomery, Madison also consulted with small community-based Montgomery nonprofits. Out of this, she founded Darling Solutions LLC to build passionate people into equipped nonprofit leaders. Prior to that, she was the Director of Operations and Development Coordinator at the National Center on Sexual Exploitation in Washington, DC.

She has her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Alabama, and she became a Standards for Excellence Licensed Consultant in 2024. Madison has worked in nonprofit operations and fundraising for over fifteen years now and considers it one of her greatest passions.
