I am the Managing Principal of Lamb Consulting Group.  A woman owned firm that provides business advisory services and technical assistance to small firms and non-profit organizations in the areas of business planning, training, and international business development. She has over 25 years of experience in commercial banking, with a well-rounded background that supports a progressive organization in optimizing performance.  She served as Vice President and Assistant Vice President for large and small banks in the Washington DC Metropolitan area.  I also serve as the Chief of Business Development at the Charles County Economic Development. I am responsible for managing the business development and engagement programs, directing the business retention and expansion program, and coordinating the department’s business assistance services and team.  Most recently, I served as Associate Director and later as Acting Executive Director for the District of Columbia Small Business Development Center, where she implemented and executed the organization’s strategy, and provided oversight of service centers, programmatic functions, and developed funding proposals for the network. I hold a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College, a Bachelor of Science degree in management, a certificate in International Business Management from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies, and other professional certifications.
