 Tim Pyle

Tim Pyle has spent his entire career in the service of education organizations in both nonprofit and for-profit settings. His formal education includes a Master’s Degree in Education Administration with a focus on adult learning and an MBA in Management. Tim completed the Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Management at Georgetown University. His training credentials include: hundreds of hours training early childhood teachers; a stint as a professional speaker for a Monster.com subsidiary; and as an associate faculty member for the online Ashford University. He served as senior business consultant/lead sales trainer for two national franchises, ensuring success for start-ups and additional growth for established locations. Tim has succeeded in leadership positions for a nonprofit that trained property and facility managers and for a member-driven healthcare association. Currently, he serves as Board Chair for Steps of Hope–Guatemala, a learning center in rural Guatemala, as well as Executive Director for both the American Restroom Association and the International Paruresis Association. A fifth generation Baltimorean, Tim resides in Catonsville, MD with his college sweetheart wife, having survived the raising of twin boys.
