Jacki is currently Executive Director of Shepherd’s Table in Silver Spring, Maryland where she has served for the past 11 years. Previously Jacki held leadership positions for 26 years with Catholic Charities in Maryland and with the Archdiocese of Baltimore. Jacki has extensive training in leadership development, nonprofit management and life coaching. She co-founded two programs that serve those in need in Anne Arundel County, NCEON and the Rotating Winter Shelter. Jacki has extensive experience working with vulnerable populations, including those who are poor and homeless. She has been instrumental in establishing strong community partnerships with other nonprofits, government agencies, schools, religious communities, and businesses. Jacki often consults with corporations and business partners to fully engage their corporate responsibility programs. Jacki has worked with nonprofits on strategic development planning, program assessment and redesign, financial management, and coaching. Jacki has worked with other leading nonprofits in the Greater Washington DC region to form a new federation of workplace giving, Community 1st America’s Charities of Greater DC. Jacki chaired the Montgomery County Council working group for Food Recovery. The success of the working group led to the first County wide Food Rescue Program. Jacki sees herself as a life long learner and is excited to assist other nonprofits in reaching their potential for excellence
