Rob McCreary is a Standards for Excellence Licensed Consultant engaged in helping organizations grow by leveraging relationship building, leadership, organizational development, team building, marketing strategy, and donor-centric skill-sets.  His specialties include organizational development and leadership, defining & shaping culture, vision, mission, and values, donor-centric relations, strategic planning & partnerships, funding plans, and cross functional planning & execution.

Rob splits his time between consulting assignments and as the Executive Director for the Family Counseling Center of St. Paul’s (FCCSP).  At the FCCSP, he is a member of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team, providing accessible, affordable, bilingual & culturally responsive behavioral health counseling & case management.  Rob's accountabilities include staff development, donor relations, Board development, strategic planning, program development, and fund development to ensure the organization's community impact, fiscal health, and sustainability.

Rob resides in Wilmington, Delaware with his wife Mary, their dog Angel, and their children (Jason, Alyssa, and Christopher) who currently attend college as undergraduate and graduate students.
